Working at add-solution

...especially as I studied aerospace engineering in Brunswick. It became apparent that I would need to broaden my search for jobs soon after I finished my degree and struggled to find a job in the aerospace industry due to the lack of employers in the region. A good friend of mine who had previously completed an internship at add suggested I approach the company. I consequently ended up working at add and delved into the new, previously undiscovered world of EDS engineering. My career at add started on the back of an enjoyable job interview for the position of EDS engineer. Since then, I have become the location manager after holding different other positions.

Why do I go to work every morning?
Because I enjoy my tasks a lot, I have freedom in what I do and the nicest colleagues in the world are here. And even on days that aren't so good, you're picked up, carried away and positively motivated. An environment that I was always looking for.

My journey at add-solution began some time ago when I completed my training as a technical product designer here. Already during my training it became clear to me that I saw my professional future in this innovative company.

I am now a team leader and am happy to lead a motivated team. We attach great importance to harmonious coexistence and maintain a family atmosphere in which everyone feels comfortable.

Together with my team, we realize exciting projects and inspire our customers.
